A former Army officer turned industry expert, Capt. Kavita brings 24 years of diverse experience in HR, compliance and sustainability. She played a key role in making Q-One the first ISO-certified embroidery unit in India, with a sharp focus on systems, people and purpose.
Post his MBA, Mr. Manish dived deep into this industry and has over two decades of hands-on experience across all stages of garment and embroidery manufacturing. Known for his technical acumen and interpersonal strength, he built one of the country's most advanced product development and sampling setups.
With 25+ years in the embroidery industry, Mr. Vikas is a visionary leader known for pioneering modern embroidery infrastructure in India. He combines deep operational expertise with a passion for innovation, system efficiency and global best practices.
