Through our Skill Development Centers at AIIMS National Cancer Institute, Jhajjar, we stand beside families who endure the long and uncertain journey of cancer treatment. By training attendants of cancer patients in embroidery handwork, we create avenues of sustainable livelihood and women empowerment.
We also construct play-areas and donate books and toys, helping put a smile on the faces of children affected by this journey. Our director, Mr. Vikas Kapoor, is the convenor of the management body at Vishram Sadan — an 800-bed facility for patients and attendants inside AIIMS, Jhajjar.

Recognising that factory environments often involve long working hours, repetitive movements, prolonged sitting or standing, and physically demanding machine-based roles, we developed a comprehensive Wellness Module designed for apparel workforce in 2018, focused on preventive health and everyday wellbeing.
The programme is designed to educate the workforce on the importance of physical fitness, posture, movement, stress management and healthier daily habits — through regular wellness sessions, guided yoga programmes and awareness workshops.
What makes this initiative especially meaningful is that it was never intended to benefit our organisation alone. We developed the module as a resource for the wider industry, enabling other factories to adopt the same framework.
Our objective: a manufacturing ecosystem where employee wellness is viewed not as an additional benefit, but as an essential part of building a sustainable, productive and people-first workplace.
